Wanna be Mexican food
Okay, so previously in class we've talked about Cafe Rio. I would just like to state how absolutely fabulous I think their food is. It is better than Costa Vida (their sauce isn't as good) and better than Bajio's simply because it tastes better. I always get the same thing, a chicken salad. I love it.

Have you ever been to baja fresh? pretty good. In oregon we had none of the resturaunts you said, so baja's was the place to go for good fast fresh mex.
It is good, but I like Chipotle better!!! Have you ever been there?
Hey just in case you're interested I have the recipe for their creamy tomatillo sauce. Just let me know if you'd like it. Oh I love their food too, however, I hate all the enthusiasm behind the counter. I get bothered by the regular "FREE MEAL!!" being yelled out.
